Makkah Hotel Booking Conditions

• General Conditions:
  All rates are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT and Municipality fees.
  Rates are per day and include Iftar.
  Children up to 6 years old stay free with meals; children from 7 to 12 years old stay free with a 50% discount on meals (maximum of 2 children sharing parents’ room).
  Standard check-in time: after 18:00 hrs; check-out time: before 12:00 hrs.
  Early check-in requires booking from the previous night; late check-out subject to availability and may incur charges.
  Bookings apply according to the Gregorian calendar.

 

Specific Hotel Conditions 

 

• Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah:
  Rates exclude “Maqam Al Manasseh Fees,” to be paid by the travel agent.
  Peak season (last 10 days of Ramadan) is sold as a 10-night package on a full board basis.
  No standard “Triple & Quad rooms”; extra beds available upon request and subject to availability.
  Guest names cannot be changed within 48 hours of arrival.
  All Ramadan bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and cannot be amended once paid.

 

• Makkah Clock Royal Tower, Fairmont:
  Rates are non-commissionable and applicable only for travel agencies.
  Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable; full amount charged for cancellations or no-shows

 

• Swissotel Makkah:
  Rates also exclude “Maqam Al Manasseh Fees.
  Similar conditions for peak season and extra bed availability as Swissotel Al Maqam.
  All bookings must be confirmed and paid in full by the provided date.
  Additional Notes:
  Group inquiries (10 rooms or more) should be directed to the hotel’s sales department.
